We have lovingly provided a children’s play area with toys for your young kids to enjoy while you get adjusted, as well as a changing table to accommodate our youngest patients’ needs.
Preparing For Your Visit
In preparation for your first visit, we ask that you take the necessary time to complete the online new patient paperwork by following the link provided in your welcome email. You should wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, avoiding tight fitting attire and dresses.
Please expect to spend about 1 hour in the office for your first appointment.
Your first visit at Hartland Chiropractic & Wellness will be comfortable and relaxing! Dr. Kimber will meet with you to discuss your health history and areas of concern in more detail. She will then perform nervous system evaluation in the office where digital scans will be taken of your spine to create a “visual picture” of your baseline nervous system function using the advanced CLA INSiGHT™ scanning technology. This cutting-edge technology is gentle and non-invasive, and will help us track your progress together throughout your care. Once the scanning process is complete, the doctor will provide a hands on spinal examination that will allow her to create the best personalized care plan for you. If no other special tests are required, and when all of your questions have been answered, you’ll receive any needed relief therapies and your first chiropractic adjustment.
Welcome back! Prepare to spend about 40 minutes at your second visit. The doctor will begin by reviewing your nervous system scans and will recommend a personalized care plan, complete with the number of expected visits and cost of care, to help you accomplish your specific health goals. If you choose to receive the recommended care, you will again enjoy relief therapies and your second adjustment. Before the end of your visit, you may also be instructed on specific stretches dedicated to your area of concern.
Regular visits in our office are designed to fit neatly into your busy schedule! These visits are simple and focused, including relief therapies, adjustment, and any recommended rehab exercises. You will be in-and-out in approximately 30 minutes.

Our goal is to help you resolve the TRUE CAUSE of your symptoms, in order to achieve and maintain your wellness goals. We find that most people come to place high value on the benefits that regular chiropractic adjustments add to their lives, and choose to maintain their progress long term. However, only you can decide how long you want to benefit from chiropractic.
Payment Information
At Hartland Chiropractic & Wellness, we do not accept or file any health insurance. We cannot accept patients on Medicare, Medicaid or other federal payers. That’s because we want to be able to customize care without being bound by insurance restrictions while keeping our costs extremely affordable. However, if you have any out-of-network chiropractic benefits, you can use them for reimbursement from your insurance company. Health savings accounts, also known as HSAs, can be used at our office. We are happy to discuss payment options with you and answer any questions you may have.
Our financial plans are trustworthy and transparent and always given upfront at your second visit. Your individualized care plan will include a detailed set of recommended visits and their total price. You will be able to review all of your financial options and agree to them before committing to care.
